Fiore di carciofo di prima scelta, defogliato, privato del fondello, cotto al forno e condito con olio di girasole. Dalle dimensioni importanti (diametro 5/6 cm) consistente ma dalle foglie tenere, si presta a utilizzi freddi e caldi come piatto unico in abbinamento a carne, pesce, salumi, uova, tartufo anche accompagnato a salse tipiche.
Top-quality roasted artichoke hearts, trimmed of their outer leaves and base, oven-baked and dressed with sunflower oil. Large in size (5–6 cm in diameter), firm yet with tender leaves, they are ideal for both hot and cold dishes, serving as a main course alongside meat, fish, cured meats, eggs and truffles, or served with traditional sauces.
