Il Carro è la masseria della famiglia D’Ambruoso in Valle d’Itria: un progetto a filiera corta 0 km dove allevamento, mungitura e trasformazione avvengono nello stesso luogo. Primo allevamento del Sud Italia certificato per il benessere animale nel suo settore, unisce sostenibilità ambientale, valorizzazione del territorio e responsabilità sociale.

    Orange Blu by Il Carro is a blue goat cheese aged with candied orange peel and cinnamon, combining the creaminess of blue cheese with citrus and spicy notes in a surprising balance.

    Il Carro is the D’Ambruoso family’s masseria in the Valle d’Itria: a 0 km short supply chain project where breeding, milking and cheesemaking all take place in the same location. The first farm in Southern Italy certified for animal welfare in its sector, it combines environmental sustainability, territorial enhancement and social responsibility.
