    Un museo sensoriale dell’olio nascerà su un terreno recuperato dalla Xylella, all’interno di frantoio e imbottigliamento. Immersive room e visori coinvolgeranno tutti i cinque sensi, mentre show cooking e showroom permetteranno esperienze interattive. Il progetto valorizza il territorio, tramanda la cultura dell’olio e mantiene viva la tradizione salentina, trasformandola in un percorso etico, educativo e innovativo per visitatori e comunità.

    A sensory olive oil museum will rise on land restored after Xylella, within the olive mill and bottling facility. Immersive rooms and VR experiences will engage all five senses, while show cooking and a showroom offer interactive experiences. The project celebrates the territory, preserves olive oil culture, and keeps Salento’s tradition alive, transforming it into an ethical, educational, and innovative journey for visitors and the community.
