L'abuso e l'utilizzo inappropriato degli antibiotici hanno contribuito alla ANTIBIOTICO-RESISTENZA dei batteri, sempre meno sensibili ai trattamenti. L'argomento è ormai trattato a livello mondiale. Anche per questo è importante cercare carni allevate senza l'uso di antibiotici. Il progetto nasce da una collaborazione tra la Fratelli Riva e fornitori storici aventi, insieme, questo unico obiettivo. A seguito di miglioramenti dell'allevamento e della selezione dei suini, siamo arrivati ad ottenere finalmente la materia prima necessaria ed adatta al nostro progetto.
