    Trova is a technologically advanced supermarket for all your shopping needs! In this fast-moving life, we want our customers to experience an enriched, sophisticated, technologically advanced shopping experience, with reduced shopping time, a contact-less shopping using our application and website for locating specific departments and products, using geo-mapping.

    Market

    Globally, India is the sixth-largest grocery market and has a potential for growth due to the rising population and disposable incomes. The Indian grocery market, which accounts for 69% of India's total retail market, offers a plethora of opportunities to retailers. The Indian online grocery market reached a value of US$ 3.02 Billion in 2020.

    Target

    Our target audience comprises women, middle-aged educated individuals falling under medium to high-income groups, tech-savvy millennials and GenZers. Individuals who prioritize a variety of products with good quality, brands and packaging. Individuals leading a fast pace of life and trying to consume less time.

    Our unique proposition is COMFORT we will provide one-of-a-kind experiences for our users. The user will benefit from the store with unique experiences and easy-going services. A wide variety of products available so that customers can purchase as per their requirements & conveniences. With specific locations of the department and products with details which will save the customer’s time and efforts. Customer can check availability of products online before visiting our store via our website and mobile application.

    Jayanagar in Bengaluru appears to be the best place for the supermarket- as it is one of the most premier locations in Bengaluru. The availability of land and the population i.e., nearly 2 lakh people live in this part of Bangalore with an average salary of INR 6 LPA. Our target audience resides in this place, so it is apt to start our first branch here.

We will be using both traditional and digital marketing techniques through billboards, Social media marketing, email marketing, newsletters and many more. We will be providing Mobiles passes as digital loyalty cards for customers as a part of our Loyalty campaign, and connecting with them through receipts, QR code scanning, chatbots on our website and applications. Providing our buyers' information regarding offers and discounts through email and SMS marketing. We will provide options like E-billing, E-payments, E-Services and many more.
