Our Outliner application is designed to facilitate the shopping process for consumers who wish to purchase fashion and accessories. It allows consumers to virtually try on clothes seen in shops or online, saving time and effort. Our app offers ready-to-wear clothing for men and women and can be easily accessed by anyone with a smartphone.

Outliner is aimed to be marketplace. A marketplace is a website on which independent sellers, professionals or individuals, have the possibility to sell their products or services online in exchange for, for the most known cases, a commission taken by the site on each sale. They are particularly used by small and medium-sized businesses, but all brands can use marketplaces to display their products. This is the case for all the clothing brands listed on the Asos or Zalando websites for example.

Outliners aims to offer several services. First, the app recommends products or general looks based on the needs and expectations of consumers. Outliner then offers virtual fittings directly in the shop or at home, simplifying the buying process. Virtual fittings consist of trying on clothes on a virtual "me" created using data recorded by the customer. The brands we want to work with are high traffic brands such as H&M, Zara, Mango, Uniqlo etc. Indeed, Outliner is an alternative to long queues in fitting rooms and at checkouts. We also want to work with responsible brands, which we will highlight in our recommendations and through different filters.
Once on the app, consumers can import a photo of their figure or take a photo of themselves to bring the virtual character to life. You can adjust their dimensions, skin and hair color to make them as similar as possible. Consumers can virtually try on selected clothes on the app to see if they fit.

The name of the Outliner app has been carefully thought out to show some of the fundamental aspects of our idea. Outline means 'silhouette' and represents a virtual figure that customers can interact with. This way you can try it on in person and see if it fits your favorite silhouette.

In terms of logistics, we have decided, first of all in the short term, to concentrate our activities on the French market and in particular to establish contacts with the shops of our partner brands in the city centers of major French cities. This choice also allows us to promote local, independent and environmentally conscious French brands.

In terms of communication, Outliner aims to achieve three specific objectives: the cognitive dimension by raising awareness of the brand; the affective dimension by generating interest and highlighting Outliner's strengths; and the cognitive dimension focused on moving consumers to action and engagement. We started out to increase our exposure. Indeed, it is about letting brands know that we claim our legitimacy and about building new partnerships to use the application directly.
Secondly, Outliner is an innovative product that facilitates the buying process. Complementary offers such as personalized offers enrich the market by highlighting its strengths. Thus, it is above all the speed of the process, the simplicity of the offer and the personalisation that attract the consumer through the application.
