Our concept store, located on Las Americas beach in Tenerife, is focused on producing eco-friendly surfboards made from recycled ocean waste. Through a partnership with an ocean conservation company and local fishermen, we are able to source the recycled materials and create unique, handmade products with a mission of sustainability and ethical practices. The store layout is divided into four areas: accessories, raw materials of surfboard display and brand concepts, surfboards, and recycling.
Our market plan targets environmentally conscious individuals who enjoy water sports and prioritize sustainability and ethical consumption practices. We aim to capture this growing market segment by promoting our mission, offering unique design products, and collaborating with like-minded organizations.
Our store offers two types of surfboards (long-board and short-board), as well as surfing lessons. In addition to selling products, we offer repairing and customization services, as well as educational workshops and events focused on sustainability.
Our communication strategies include social media advertising, influencer marketing, email marketing, and local SEO, with plans to sponsor local surf events and beach cleanups to raise awareness of our brand. The feasible analysis shows that the store has reasonable revenue projections for the first two years, with steady growth expected.
The costs associated with running the store have been carefully budgeted for to reduce the risk of unexpected expenses. Looking to the future, we plan to open additional concept stores in other famous surf destinations, serving as an educational hub to raise awareness of marine environmental issues and promote sustainable development. We will continue to prioritize sustainability by using eco-friendly packaging and collaborating with other sustainable businesses to create a network of sustainable tourism in Tenerife.
