    Our establishment provides an extensive selection of products and services. Our product line encompasses books, coffee, tea, furniture, fragrances, membership cards, and our store’s merchandise. We take pride in offering our customers diverse immersive book reading experiences.
    Furthermore, our company website facilitates online bookings for private rooms to accommodate larger groups and provides the convenience of online orders for books and access to their membership accounts. Customers may also obtain information and updates on newly released books and engage with the book community through our website.

    At our Book House, our primary offering is a fully immersive BOOK-READING experience that allows customers to select a specific genre of THE room based on their book preference. We offer a diverse range of rooms that cater to different genres, which are refreshed periodically every few months.
    Additionally, located within our Book House is a cozy refreshment area where customers can purchase coffee or snacks to enhance their experience. The rooms are adorned with premium furnishings, which are also available for purchase. Each room is furnished with a unique fragrance that complements the room's genre, and customers have the option to purchase these fragrances as well.

    Website

    The Book House website offers customers the opportunity to participate in an online book community designed specifically for book enthusiasts, enabling them to share new book releases and engage in detailed discussions about books. Additionally, members who have joined the membership program can conveniently access their account information through the website. Customers are able to use the website to reserve rooms of their preferred genre to engage in group immersive book-reading sessions with friends.

    The Book House will be located in Kreuzberg, Berlin, home of many artists and creative people. Kreuzberg is trendy, hip, and happening and many international cultures exist. Students and young professionals are residents here. The inhabitants of the district have an average age of 38.7, which fits our target group range of 18-55 years old.

    Our shop layout will encourage customers to experience the different book genres in our immersive rooms.
    Our customers will be taken on a personal journey through their emotions with the book through different visual atmospheres, music, and smells. We will have immersive rooms in the following categories: romance, horror, science fiction, fantasy, and history.

    The front of our shop is fully glazed so that passers-by can see directly what is happening there. Inside the shop, customers are confronted with extraordinary designer furniture, a bookshelf and a large video wall display and invited to have a coffee while our staff informs them about our immersive concept. It's a lively part of town so we can expect a lot of traffic and recognition of our store. The competition is low, as no such concept exists in the area.

    The Book House is open from 9 am to 9 pm to adapt to the city’s vibrancy.
